My cdl school only taught us to float gear's,Now I'am worried that I will not get a job because I was not taught to double clutch,My school was 5 week's long 200 hour's and was in Texas.Any idea's where I should start looking or just start calling company's recuriter's,got all indorsments plus Hazmat.Want OTR.Thank's Bryan

Hell, it's been so long I don't know if I could even double clutch myself, and I've been out here over 16 years. Matter of fact, I don't believe I ever did DC outside of the one time my old boss taught me how to. -

If you can float you can clutch, same motions and timing but add two quick stabs with the foot. What did they say on your driving exam? They used to fail people for floating, something about you "coasting" without the clutch depressed.
