A few driver teams on here went to Quest Global but didn't stay long because of micro-management.
One example is can't park at any casino, even if you don't go inside and they watch for this with tracking. This example in itself may not be a big deal, but that along with many other petty issues adds up.

Money, the most important one. Good equipment. East coast west coast loads. 2 weeks out. My codriver can be hired with 6 mos exp. That's about it.

Ok - if it's money and running , go to ODFL.
The number 2 part is where your number 1 might be compromised.
I'll post a link to my/our experience, and you can decide, and in it is the part about number 2. Don't get me wrong, it's new, but it's basic.
And if that suits you, I'd suggest the ATL terminal (yes, I know it's a commute) and run wild for 2-3 weeks and then take a week off.

I was going to suggest Severt in Jax but i googled them and they have re-named themselves Coastal Cool Refrigerated. Then I looked at the experience required: 3 years and you said your co-driver would have 6 months experience 6 months from now, so I suppose Severt/CCR would not be a decent fit.
