Anyone deliver to the dominos pizza center in Phoenix? If so, got any info on parking there? No reviews in google maps.

They now have a new bridge open that you can go over the Hoover Dam and it is way up there too... they even require trucks to drive in the left lane on the bridge

I remember reading here that someone knew a way around the slow climbs on I-40 in Cali. That wouldn't happen to be to exit the 40 at exit 107 and follow Historic 66 to Ludlow would it? Does it really save any time or fuel?

Saves fuel. Its much flatter, just slow WAY down when you get to Goffs, 10mph is no joke. You don't really save time, its kind of a wash on the time. But its flat.

Ok. So you are exiting into US95 north to Rt.66 and following 66 to Ludlow then? I rather save the fuel if the time is about the same anyway.

Four mile difference, but you cut out two those two climbs. 55 the whole way until Goffs, where there is a sharp turn over railroad that drops you to 10.

You're still climbing all the way to Goffs and then it's downhill back to I 40. You can maintain the speed limit the entire way except for the turn in Goffs.

I haven't done an actual comparison of fuel burnt and time elapsed cuz once i found that by pass, I've never climbed needles mountain again.

I plan to do a more complete test once i get my new truck.

Ok. Thanks @Kamkor and @Steel Tiger. For some reason I was thinking you where following it all the way to Ludlow. Going to give that bypass a go tonight.

The dips in that bypass are fun. Be careful though, it's illegal to have non state approved fun in California. So make sure CHP doesn't see you having a good time.

    Kamkor and MachoCyclone Thank this.
