Abby used to always lead out front at the max of her 25 foot leash. I made it home a day early for delivery couple weeks back and took her for an overnight trip to deliver and come back home. Every time we went out to walk she was lagging behind at the max 25 feet behind me. So sad to see a family member start to get into their end years.

Thank you all for the response! I was thinking about getting a boston or a french bulldog instead of Aussie?

I never had frenchie so Idk if they shed a lot like lab. I'm trying to get a dog that don't need too much exercise but I really would like to take one coz I don't wanna be alone.

I still have plenty of time deciding what breed to get since i'm in mentor phase aferward.
