Going from private school to company sponsored training?

You paid $4,000.00 for a service and they don't have the staff to provide that quality service … "very few" people pass the first time … that doesn't sound like a good school or a good value. I'd be looking for more time/help or my money back!

IMO, that is shameful on their part. Hooking a trailer is obviously a fundamental in trucking an you shouldn't have to show up to a potential employer not knowing how. Go to a truck stop and offer a trucker a few bucks to at least demonstrate it for you.

There's an outfit in Minneapolis that trains and gives you a job; First Transit is the name.
Don't know if you're in the hiring area or any details, so call and ask.
I think they drive all sizes of buses.

 

Did they teach you to get your CDL, did you get it … did the vast majority of their "students" get their CDL? NO … what they are doing is dishonest and theft in my opinion!
