I just went to the doc today. I'm 25lbs heavier than when I was in Texas oil field. Now I need blood pressure pills again. I have a month before my DOT physical is up and I have to lose weight. Or get a one year cert.

 

That bmi #### is bs

 

I started working out to lose weight. My weight is the same, but I can do 4 sets of 20 in push ups, nice form. I could do more. Plus other works of weight moving.....

 

When I was rocking the Bakken & Eagle Ford I was tipping 350 pounds. When I came back OTR I dropped 100 pounds in a year! I slam doors for a living at that. It's the small stuff like adjusting your thinking that makes a difference. @CJndaTruck & @Mudguppy will tell you I will eat a huge steak in about 2 mins, but finding what your body doesn't need is key. Slow reacting carbs, even veggies with high carbs will kill you. Sounds nuts, but it's easy to shed weight on the road.

Lol, make that money guys! Just picked up my truck from the shop, all fixed for free! Couldn't be happier, now I don't wanna go back to work.

And I can't find a load back to FL for the life of me. Need to check on some tree damage after that storm the other day. Plus I could use a day off after these friggen NE roads and this screwy load...
