Same here. Last year every exit had a truck getting a level one and I've only seen one this year. I know the blue beacon was packed to the gills before the blitz started.

Mainly to get companies to fix what they were putting off on repairing.

As government funding dwindles the "blitz" get smaller.

Ohio was popping Wednesday. Every rest area 4 bears doing trucks.
Was hauling un 3085 5.1 to Oklahoma.
Didn't get pulled once, not even in ohio when I got green on pre pass but still have to pull in for placcards. Still nothing all the way to Oklahoma. Not one.

    Dominick253 Thanks this.

The only time I ever got pulled in and inspected during a supposed blitz was right after I was assigned a new truck and was still running a temporary registration. The state boys in MS just wanted to see my paperwork to make sure it was legit, as he was writing my level 3 receipt, a bunch of fed cars showed up and another scale guy said "awww hell, they aren't screwing up our scale again are they" to which my officer said "here, you might want to get rolling asap, the last time they had this place so screwed up, we didn't have room to deal our own overweight trucks"...I promply made tracks

They're probably on I-39 finding things that have shaken loose from those "bumps".

SB I-25 in Raton, NM is in full swing today.
All trucks being pulled in, and as many as will fit in the parking area are being inspected.

I went in and started to open my permit book and he says "Swift? You're good to go, you don't need to be here".

There were pulling everyone in from what I could tell this morning in Texas on the I-40 going east, just a few miles before the Oklahoma border. There was a long line and only 2 trucks were being inspected in the inspection bay. Then I got to Oklahoma and got a green light. Yay!

If you got one of these in your permit book and you get the green light in Ohio, even with haz mat, you can skip the scale.
