CR England Has No Trainers For Their Graduates.

By the time they take that happy hound bus ride, go through another entire orientation, they would probably be with a trainer.
Wait until they do all this, and Swift makes them wait 2 weeks.

Swift has been known to run out of trainers and trucks too.

 

How does CR England get anyone to sign a contract? $7500 for a chance to work for a company? That sounds terrible. What are people thinking?

 

Swift was good to me. I was home every weekend during my training with a mentor.

 

I have no idea why cre has so much trouble, I mean, they "are one of the top training companies in the industry, hiring an amazing amount of drivers." Sorry, couldn't help myself. Had to post something worth a laugh.

 

They are paying for the "education" the contract is for CRE to pay for it. Lots of people want other people to pay for their education, just go to a Burnie Sanders rally.

 

From what I've seen, they get the dumbest of the dumb signing up.
