    yesterday (pickup from drop yard) Message to JCT: I need the unconfirmed appointment time on this for Friday to be late as possible. I'll be good for OTD.

    Today: appointment confirmed 2345 Thursday can you make OTD?

    That's exactly how they did me the other day. I told them to sit my unconfirmed appt a little later. They came back with you're projected to be there at 0915, your appt has been set for 0815......really folks???

    I think what happened to me is I said out loud to myself when I got this load, "this load works out perfectly for what I'm trying to do!"

    And the universe was like, "oh really? *unzips pants*

    Just managed to get 8.18mpg from Childress, Tx to Los Lunas, Nm to Amarillo, Tx to Roland, Ok. Running 64mph and 43k loads. I'm pretty happy with that.

    It's apu pm time. What all parts do I need to snag from the shop in order for Speedco to do the pm?

    You know it's hot outside when you have to disconnect from the trailer because the heat from the reefer motor and the outside temp makes it so the APU A/C blows warm air.

    I'm in Ozark, AR. Currently 92 with a heat index (feels like) 106.

    Ouch I gotta deliver this load at 0600 in ochelata then head to Tulsa for a load going to phoenix not really looking forward to going there but it takes me thru the house in Albuquerque

    I'm heading to Florida. But, I've dealt with way worse heat before. The main thing to remember is to drink lots of water.
