The big tire plant, whatever side that's on. I had a run in with a female security officer. A supervisor of all things, she wore captains bars. She was barking orders at me like she was a correction officer and I was an inmate. I let it slide at first then I walked up to her and asked, Are you speaking to me? She responded with You getting an attitude, cause we can fix that? That's when I bellowed at her. They called my company, and put me on their black list.
Who cares?BUMBACLADWAR Thanks this. -

Never thought guards look down at us or we look down at them. To me it's a neutral thing. I check in with them, they give me info where to go. I check out. That's it.

Actually, I used to work security myself, at a major tourist attraction.
Most of our managers were retired cops. Most of my time there they had a strict policy of never hiring any ex officer who had a record of misconduct.
Naturally we had alot of young people who were applying to the department. Some of them went on and did very well.
Once we had five guys who all went to the academy together. After about a year, one was moving up fast, already doing plainclothes assignments. Another was doing good on the job, but had to work a bunch of off duty jobs because he had bought a new car and other toys. The third was working a desk job. The forth got drunk all the time at parties and would wave his gun around. The fifth said he didn't like the political part of the job and quit.x1Heavy Thanks this. -
