TKX Logistics Toledo Oh

Must be one of those "good" companies that are not advertised a lot. I'm searching for information about them as well.

edit: I've tried searching TKX , ThyssenKrupp, Thyssen Krupp. I guess google is the way to go. Please advise.

I was talking to a driver who was explaining quite a bit of what they do and their benefits. They are union as far as I know. And I got a chance to look inside the truck (condo). They are given a raised roof with 2 beds, refrigerator, cb radio, 3000 watt inverter. apu built in just hit a switch and u can control the temp digitally in the sleeper. It was pretty roomy, as well. a home away from home.

I said the only thing you all don't have is a gps unit. And he replied that TKX was considering it.

He mentioned that they are home every weekend unless you ask to work and that they are throughout the 50 states. But they seem to keep to themselves.

 

sounds like a pretty decent company, do u know if they hire in my area?...have you learned anything new about them since?

 

I don't know. I never really followed up with then since then. I guess it's time to drop my second (and final) chapter on builders and then talk about marketing companies that use CDL drivers.

 

I drive by them all of the time but really don't know much about them

 

i cant ever recall seeing them out there on the big road...i only heard about them thru a friend of mine....
