Yeah. Apparently that is quite the misconception. I'm not going to comment on what he did or did not tell y'all (and quite a few others around Mercer as well). What I do know is that he doesn't own either the orange 379 flattop, nor the W900 I drive. Any ideas to the contrary you'd have to ask him. However, I'm quite sure he's NOT the one who signs my checks, so to speak.
He did approach me about driving the W9 on behalf of the owner, but that's as close to owning it as he came.

And yes, Taylormade is the black dude that went to dinner with us, and yes, he was driving the "Gatormobile". But no, he didn't own it.
As a matter of fact, the owner is trying to get me to run that rig now that Taylor is gone, so he can paint the KW. I am resisting however; not a big fan of the flattops in general, and especially not THAT flashy.....o_O

That's him. And unless he had consistently lied to me in dozens of phone calls they are his trucks.

Hmm. So he has been lying for two years about owning the trucks. That's funny.

Ha i laud down at 9 and the little guy spent the next 3 hours seeing how far he could put his fingers up my nose. I love this local stuff but might need to get me a long run just so i can catch up on sleep.

Lol miss those days. But I do love my sleep. Every time I'm home our kid sneaks into bed around 4-5am then I'm stuck up lol.

Under federal transportation law brokers and shippers have 15 days to pay. That can be contractually extended to 30 days.

No, a company you are leased to has 15 days to pay, doesn't apply to brokers or direct shippers
