What's wrong with ac

 

Apu engine being stupid again. Just got it fix last week? Maybe week before. Now it runs for 30secs and turns off lol. Annoyed with it.

 

I run under my own authority. I am not talking about trucking companies who you are leased to. I know nothing about that. I file about a dozen lawsuits every year to collect against deadbeat brokers. I know what I'm talking about. I have a very robust rules tariff that protects me. Under 49 USC shippers and brokers have 15 days to pay but that time can be contractually extended to 30 days. You cannot contractually extend for more than 30 days. To do so it's considered favoritism under federal law and an unfair business practice. That is why it is prohibited. It is meant to level the playing field for all the players. If they are taking more than 30 days they are violating the law and they are subject to collection activities and late payment penalties.

 

I had authority for 8ver 15 years and ran 8 trucks total. The 15 day rule is in the leasing regulations. Its a separate issue.

Like I said, I can't speak to what he did or didn't say to y'all. What I can say is neither of these trucks belong to him and never did. I'm just a broke down, mid-divorce truck driver. One of the few things I have left is my word....
May not mean much to many folks nowadays, but it means everything to me. I'm sorry if you were told otherwise, but @TaylorMade407 doesn't own either of these trucks and he never did.

 

Didnt mean to open a can of worms I like the man and was just curious as to why he hasn't been on the forum I wish him good luck in whatever he dose.

 

Hmm 107 out yesterday and apu wouldn't stay running today she does lol. Think it needs a new rad n water pump. But don't wanna put money into it... someone has a apu in mi with 4500 hours they are letting go for 1,000 but I think I'm just done with it.

 

You could put a generator on?

 

I wanna replacing it with a Honda generator but I kinda wanna keep the apu for the engine warmer.
