I was originally 4922 & I started in '97 I believe.

Elogs were a small part of the reason, there was a lot of other things also, in my opinion, and this is just my opinion, mercers best days are long past. Their freight situation, meaning having not a lot was another, me & another four digit went to a company that's a lot smaller & feels like mercer 20 years ago.

 

My last # was an early 13000, so I had been back for another five 1/2 years, when left first I didn't go anywhere else, I completely got off the road & decided to get back there was no question where I was going, I came back & could see a lot had changed.

oldog1984, since you asked, 25 years this past July.

 

They are certainly not the same company they were 5 years ago, but still better than any other i know of.

As far as amount of freight goes, no one has an over abundance of it in todays market.
