I am going to break this apart a little bit.....

So he pulled on your window. Start the engine up and LEAVE. There IS a this called REASONABLE use of force that, as a John Q. Public, you have to maintain. And just because someone pulled on your window, does not entitle you to put a 45 in his skull. I have said it before, and I will say it again.

You had best KNOW and fully understand your self-defense laws and how they affect you or you will look at manslaughter instead.

Care to provide a link or confirmation of this. Otherwise, I consider this nothing but a BS embellishment and dramatization.

About the only thing I will agree with and even then, it's over-dramatized IMO.

Heard about the incident on the Dave Nemo Show 6-8 months back... I assuming, since he's referred to it several times, it's been properly researched...

I had a bad experience in ny at a rest area. One night I got to the rest area about 2am. I went to use the facilities before hopping into the bunk. As I was walking to my truck a car pulled up in front of me with 3 men in it. The driver asked if I could give him some money because his mother was sick and he needed to get to her but didn't have any money to get there. I replied that I didn't carry any money on me. As I got around the front of their vehicle, the passenger started to open up his door as if he was going to get out. Thank goodness a trooper pulled into the rest area and they took off. I til I saw them hit the road before getting into my truck. That is about the only time I had a problem.

lol, yes if I would have thought about it, but I was a newbie at the time and being out of the country, not on my home turf, I just didn't think about anything happening. I ran with a guy out of Harrisburg, when we stopped at the truckstop he showed me a 357 magnum. I'd never seen a handgun up close and personal before. I think I almost wet myself. lol Never thought anyone would be carrying in their truck.

I keep an ax handle in my cab. Great for thumping tires and crackheads.

Ive parked next to another truck ine night. Driver went inside truckstop for some reason and didnt roll up his window. I was wondering why he forgot to roll it up.
A minute later a pitbull comes out of sleeper and sits in drivers seat. Im looking over and he's like "you look tasty"
I bet if someone tried going inside that pitbull would make a chew toy out if intruder.

I bet one quick, hard shove on the door would take care of anyone standing on the step.

My mom keeps a hickory axe handle close by her bed. It has the name "Assitude Adjusticer" written on it in black Sharpie.
