Where is the best place to go get a truck to get on with mercer?

Don't go through any lease purchase. You can make those work but the odds are against you. Your best bet is to get your own financing or go to a place that works with lenders to help you get financing. This, of course, is if you don't have the money to buy one with cash. Be expecting a good size down payment if this is your first truck purchase. Also, if you're getting an older truck it would be a good idea to have minimum $10k in the bank for breakdown & repairs. You can get lucky & make it without the $10k stash but it's a big risk. No matter where you go have the truck checked out yourself. Don't take the sellers word for anything unless you know them very well or unless they have paperwork to prove their claims. Even then, it's not a bad idea to still have it checked out yourself.

When your buying a used truck; if the seller says a repair was made; remember; without paper work no repair was made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RStewart and spyder7723 Thank this. -
Check with a bank or two about a SBA loan which generally has a good rate as the government backs it. Also, International is advertising very attractive full service lease deals. -
