So do you think this trailer is DOT legal?

Not saying who is right or who is wrong. You just dont start filming random people. The only reason for filming is for social media and attention. Could of just called police, without confronting the driver and posting on sites.

 

This is what's wrong...you think him trying to stop a dangerous piece of equipment going down the hwy is wrong???...maybe you should hang your keys up..

 

he could have avoided a confrontation, as frankly, he had NO facts about the entire safety of the trailer. pics may not lie, but how severe was that damage that he did not film?

 

Regardless that trailer is in no shape to be going down the road loaded or empty if you think it is maybe it's time you hang your keys up as well

 

he could have been transporting it to a repair shop.

To be honest, I seen worst trailers going down the hwy

 

I'll tell you right now you keep that up you will get hurt. Let the other driver worry about it.Of course it was a bad trailer but tbats his business.Its not worth losing a few teeth over.

Anyone willing to hook onto a trailer in that condition is crazy. I could care less if it was "just heading to a shop" its just not safe.
