Great Plains Transport - A company that cares about drivers... NO BS.

Not really... They have an occasional load or two going out there... Nothing to say "we go out there"....

 

I was going to apply to them a few years ago, but I was told by helwig's recruiters they wouldn't hire out of NYS, plus hazmat is mandatory at that company so I cut that one off my list. That's one kind of freight I don't miss hauling whatsoever.

Finally got loaded last nite and stayed overnight at the shipper, my 14 ran since I wound up a full 1/2 hour late to the shipper thanks to that ##### truck wash place. Fortunately that all worked out.

The load on my now I have 5 pickups and it's going from Portland to PA and with all the pickups afterwards is 3000 plus miles

 

Just FYI, hazmat is NOT mandatory... I let mine go a couple years ago and I was hired :/

 

Ok... I guess they changed... I'm just going by what the helwig's recruiter told me at that time..

 

@Anonymousproxy did you run this load from tulare ca to waupin wi. If so where the hell is this us189? I cannot seem to locate. The rest of the route makes sense. @Kdizel27 how goes things?

Thanks much @jackoboyo . I just wish on the routing they would say what state some of these roads are in. I gets confused easily
