Need Help MS10

    so my computer randomly decided that today I was going to upgrade to MS10. I've got no real issues with that, however, my Excell spreadsheet is on the old system and I can't seem to get it back. My new system won't allow a system restore......can anyone please help?

    I believe your pretty well screwed. Should have backed it up on an outside or detachable hard drive before upgrading.

    Your spreadsheet should not have been touched. Open up an explore window and click on C. In the upper right do a search on *.xl**

    This will show all excel spreadsheets. If you see it, then right click on it and look for path.

    when I click on the spreadsheet, it sorta flashes like a download, but nothing comes up

    Didn't you have to click and agree to something for it to install 10?
    I think 7 is perfect and hate to upgrade
