One of the biggest reasons for driver turn over, is that they DON'T do the research before hiring on. The more you learn, the better you can judge if you will be a fit, or a "misfit."
Maybe he just got a wild hair up his bum. Or maybe he worked for one of the many "JERK" outfits.
What you are seeing, doesn't really matter. IF I were in your shoes, I'd locate their nearest terminal, and GO SEE THEM IN PERSON. -
