My mpg has jumped since the camshaft replacement. Truck running better than ever. Haven't had a single code pop up... When I hardly went a week without one before...

 

I feel your pain. All my trips are 8.25 & up...I see 1 mountain & I drop below 8.

 

@Winnyf1 what are you getting as far as mpg in the new 17?

Mpg - 8.27 last month with 10,125 miles in a 15 manual.

Ok so how does one go about getting the new insurance card on a Sunday in Fargo? Break the glass door at safety and steal one? Also is there someone working in the shop on Sunday's I can't remember?

 

Your outa luck on both fronts on a Sunday.
For the future, if your gonna be in Fargo on the weekend and need something, call the safety office when it's open and they will put it in an envelope and tape it to the front door. I've done that several times.

 

GPS gremlin strikes again.

 

Right now, my truck is showing on the dash 7.0 mpg, but...I am very tail heavy and was bucking some serious winds across ND yesterday, and I had 0 deadhead miles to boost the overall trip mileage.

 

We all have bad days...I had a 5.3 day over the winter driving into a strong headwind... What was your August #'s???
