Geez op you're really getting it from all these captain safely parked every nights lol. I think op is right in this situation. Basically because they have no signs up he has just as much right to park there as 4 wheelers. When you own a buisness its not the same as your driveway. You cant put a sign up in your buisness that says "no blacks allowed"...but its private property! Doesnt matter. What would you say if you parked your 4 wheeler at a gas station and they wanted to tow it away. "No cars allowed" "but there's no signs?"

I hate no truck signs. I hate late night knocks on my cab. I hate people asking me to move. If people knew how hard it was to find parking you wouldn't have all these no parking signs up everywhere

No one has any right to park at a private business. No one.

The attempted analogy to race discrimination (which is expressly prohibited by law) is one of the most ridiculous statements I've ever seen posted on TTR.

Your not hanging round the sandbox then!

In all honesty though, i would have asked to speak to the management, explain that i was on a reset and moving my truck would screw that up. And i wont park here again after this weekend ect. If they went all foot down? Id be moving along, just aint worth the fight.

I say property manager trumps security guard and Walmart manager. Walmart manager, Security company and Property manager all need to have a sit down with property owner and ask to post signs.

If I had been parking in this lot for 4 years with the blessings of the property manager who represents the private property owner , I would continue to park .Obviously the owner does not have a problem with the op parking there. The op only has to train the new security guards or firm. A letter from the property manager would be a good move also.
