@Zata40 you said you got loaded early in Winston Salem, what did you do to convince them to do that? I deliver and pick up there Monday and I have never had any luck with them loading me early.

I looked at the new pay scale spreadsheet. If my calculations are correct, I stand to lose 2 or 3 cpm. If that is what happens...whoooooboy...the old grumpy Snackbar will seem tame compared to the one that will materialize.tucker Thanks this.

It says I ran 34800 miles with layover miles says 37900. But the line that says average monthly miles say 9400. Based on the miles my average should be over 12k 37900/3=12633 I guess I will need to have talk with someone about this. I am no math whiz but that don't seem right. Might need to borrow some finger and toes to figure this out

Should divide by 4 (Jul, Aug, Sept , Oct)radioshark Thanks this.

October hasn't been added yet. Mine is 31k thru September, but the spreadsheet is dividing it by 4. My 4 month should be just over 40k, or slightly over 10k/month, but because of my decreased fuel mileage(and the changes in the mpg scale for my year truck), I don't have the extra points I use to when I was maxed out on mpg.'s

Discuss what? How screwed up a performance pay system is? Discuss why they can't pay in a predictable way. I have discussed things with everyone from bottom to top. The only thing that made sense was one person's claim that "they won't fire you for non-safety related reasons, but if they want you to leave, they starve you on miles until you get sick of it and quit"...so I guess I have done something to piss someone off upstairs, and the miles famine continues to worsen.Last edited: Nov 12, 2016
