no one has ever missed a flight. that is unbeleivable

 

no it isn't. the courts agree with me. if they come take a truck from you in your possesion that is not abandonment. you need to wake up.

 

Provide proof that a court ruling exist or it's a bunch of garbage..

 

Some guy at the terminal last Sunday just quit after 2 months. Apparently from what he said he never or rarely ever uses a public bathroom. He has a camping toilet in his truck that he does all his business in and he empties it out in a bathroom "weekly". Even if I had one I wouldn't be discussing it publically lol. Anyways the guy obviously has mental issues and it's better that he's gone

 

I know, but he definitely didn't miss the wrecker when his tractor and trailer were recovered

in 2000 i had the exact same thing happen to me. company actually towed the truck to a impound lot. i found out when i went to go get in the truck as they had dispatched me at the same time. mind you also all of my things were in the truck. so to make a long story short we ended up parting ways. two weeks later abandonment shows up on my dac. called the owner of the company he said he would look in to it. a month went by ans still it wasn't removed. i hired a attorney. and sued them. a month later the company settled and retracted the abandonment.

 

Ugh.... I'd hate to be the guy who had to clean that truck up....
