    No raise since 2005 cut pay from 25% to 24.70 they took bonus money 500$ a quarter and stoped paying deadhead and stop adding any money to 401k no future they do not care about drivers

    I agree...even if they're having difficulties keeping the lights on; in situations like this, you always hear how management end up with a nice healthy bonus every year...and leaves nothing for the little guy that actually generates the revenue. I can't work for people like that. Move on driver.
