I retired from the us army and went into trucking now over 17 yrs and will state that NDL was a gift from the man upstairs. This will for me go down as the most driver, family and best employer in the trucking industry I have ever found( somehow they found me). All I can say is they will have to pry my dead body out of there truck before I ever leave. Keep up the faith fellow drivers there are outstanding companies out there like NDL who really put people and family first. Thankyou NDL for setting the industry standard. SSG Audette USA RET.
Best outfit I love working for is National Direct Leasing

Thank you for your service. Let me first say that everyone's experiences are different. My wife and I looked into NDL back in 2012 for team driving. We went to the terminal in Sellersburg for an interview. We were not impressed. The equipment was old. Both tractors and trailers looked like they had millions of miles on them. health benefits were expensive and didnt cover much. We were looking for a place to retire and they didnt fit the bill.
