So basically what you're saying is they are not bad people but there's not much money to be made working for Dart ....
    Fair enough...
I don't think we should assume all trucking companies are full of dishonest gain & darkness rules in their wicked hearts
Because truth is alot of people in this industry are just people doing what they are told to do
.... Yes there are those at the top who think they are just doing good business and somehow have a right to line their pockets and live off the backs of others
But at the end of the day they will have a price to accordingly

Yes that is what I am saying I will not miss lead a driver to get some quick cash in my pocket by telling others that the grass is bewan green would I go and work for them if I need to get regular check to make sure my wife and kids don't go with out yes as I said the money is the only reason I left know let me say this if you run there short haul and you get a good dispatcher and is willing to run your tail off you will see 1300 to 1900 before tax that is the Atlanta south east run

Well perhaps this person is trying to give them a chance and make it work. Just like a bad relationship LOL. It could also have Financial repercussions if this individual leaves we don't know the financial situation that they are in. But generally speaking if you're in the hole for a month or two in a row you got to get the heck out of there and take that loss and go with a company as a company driver or something to get back on your feet.

You know what I think I agree with you on this. It's kind of like putting them in a time out and why not really if it's affecting their business why would they put their neck out on the line and give that driver a ton of loads if they're not being efficient or productive with them? Especially if the only available loads around that specific driver is from customers that we need to have a good rapport with. It goes down to the company deciding hey should we give this load to this person so we can be late or wait for another driver to get closer and give it to them?

    I
I call ######## on this! I leased with fart for 3 yrs, and I can assure you I was not late 1 time. But, their bs FM's and planners playing hide the #### in their mouths, was absolutely nuts (pun intended). When you are trying to run a company, which no matter what anyone says, that's what your doing when you lease a truck, and you have to depend on someone else to keep you moving, things get dicey. Sitting is not an option, especially when you see trucks coming into and out of their precious zones, while you've been mt waiting on a "preplan". Business is business, bit I'm not going to take the shaft all the way to the balls for no company, and if you aren't perfect at that, then you sit. This game isn't hard to figure out, and if you think favoritism isn't in play, then you'reas dumb as they are. And that's just the tip of the ####, try getting the whole thing run off in you trying to get home. I got a load within 50 miles of my hometime request location twice, in 3 yrs, and the rest was over 200 miles, which I had to pay for in fuel and deadhead to and from the house. And I had places them ####tards delivered to, close by. Excuse the rant, but don't you dare sit there and say the only drivers who sat were ######## who couldn't manage their time and were late, because like I said at the beginning, that's ########!
