Welcome! I'm the HGIC (Head Greenhorn in Charge). We'll schedule a truck inspection next Monday.

Just kidding... The inspection will be at a random time of my choosing tonight!

I get boot camp flashbacks once in a while lol

    Welcome to Magnum!

Yeah that's it! I want to put in a 32 but not sure because of all the bouncing on bad roads and the jerking motion. I feel like it would break under the weight. I'm now thinking of 24 just to play it safe. Whatever I decide I need to at least get all the hardware figured out before Monday.

So long as you get a good mount the 32 will be fine, many drivers have them.

One of our younger crazier drivers just put a 55 inch in his truck today, I mean who really needs to fully lay down on their bunk anyway right lol

Any recommended tv brand or which to stay away from as far as sturdiness? What kind of tv do you all have and what brands and types of brackets? I'm gonna be getting whatever walmart/target has in stock unless the truck stop has something that is better. Any padding for shock? I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but I'm trying to do it right the first time without tearing up a new tv cause I didn't think it all the way through.

Honestly you're worrying a bit more than you need to, get a solid mount like @Pigbacon recommended, it will damp some of the vibrations and of course keep it folded back against the wall and cabinet when you're driving.

I'm getting the Roku 32 due to its ability to play multiple file formats from my hard drive, a few friends have Samsungs...best of luck...

IMG_4727.JPG Something only Swift would do lol, in Missoula and apparently coming over 4th of July and spots east the chain law is in effect, but I mean don't you take them off at some point lol...

Mentioned he threw a chain on his drivers side, he smiled and drove off heading east...where there were no chain requirements
