Have you looked at Millis? There are lots of threads on here about them. I haven't seen and bad on them so far. They also have a driving school and training program. The school is 3 weeks and then you are out with a trainer after that.

I was a trainer at Roehl years ago. If you end up going there, get trained and leave. But again, I'd look somewhere else if I were you. They're really not a very good company.

I'm not a disgruntled former employee either. I left on good terms and could go back.

 

Royal not a bad company, in fact I'm set to go back on the 17th, or go-to WEL, haven't decided, I don't like the forced per diem with Royal, but trucks are nice, epu, inverter installed, will get u miles and I like flatbed alot better than hauling a box, the issues I had with Royal are small, and pretty petty if you look at it. Small enough that they know your name, CSA score could be better.
