Hey fellas. Kamkor the mechanic here. With my tip of the day.

Unplugging the trailer abs light doesn't fix the abs problems! Shocker I know. And since level one inspection includes checking to see if that light illuminates on ignition and if there are lights on the dash, you'll get busted or someone else busted for your laziness.

I saw somewhere a while back, where one of you had posted a settlement and it had health insurance on there. Does JCT offer health insurance plans through the company?

They offer to allow you to pay a third party through the paycheck.

Do they have choices for you to pick from, or do you have to get it in your own and just set it up for a deduction?

There are two places that I hated to go, one was in Jacksonville, the other in Miami. The place in Jax was Beaver Street Fisheries, the absolute tightest place I have ever been! The place in Miami was just a friggin madhouse, but if both didnt have chain link fences neither would have been so bad. If your company get big trucks all the time, perhaps you should invest in a facility that is actually designed to accommodate them. Just a crazy thought...

For me, JCT asked if I wanted to talk to someone about it. I said yes. The company called me and explained my options. And I picked from there. Now I'm 55 dollars poorer every week. Lol

But better than even really because of extensive Dentist trips last year...
So works out in the end I guess.
