And of course there's the Walmart in Hudson WI too, that place is really only good for a pee break. Lots of parking in WI, lesson learned and now you know where to avoid...oh yeah and don't set trailer breaks in this frozen crap...

 

Yeah after my experience definitely get a hotel and make Magnum pay until you can get it fixed. I used a electric blanket, but that won't happen if it breaks again...

 

Are they reprogramming the trucks so they won't idle outside a certain temperature range now?

 

When I was in training my trainer mentioned that Magnum used to have the trucks programmed to turn off if they sat at an idle for more than 5 min. I had a truck for a short time that would do this also.

 

Does anyone think I should go through the trouble of trying to get these replaced? I talked to a guy named Jefferey about them and all I got was "run with them and see what happens". I have done 1500 miles with them like this so far and they don't really seem to be a safety issue as far as I can tell but there driving me insane with the clapping noise at top speed and anything under 50 I just rock side to side because of them. I did talk to Paul about them yesterday and was told to talk to Jefferey. So I don't know what to do.

I talked to the shop and they had me get one of the drives rotated 180 seems to be better but haven't driven out of the petro yet.

 

Tell them to stop being cheap and put new tires on it.
