DONT GET A TRUCK THROUGH A CARRIER....EVER!!!

If your truck is running fine....keep it!

Check out some local OEM dealers if you have a truck to trade (if the truck is yours).

You might want to fix the one you have. If it's 1999 or older you won't have to get elog.

MikesTrucking, don't do this. You tie yourself to that carrier and like casinos, the house always wins. Go buy/lease a truck from a dealer and then haul for whomever you want. The trucking company leases come with so many strings attached it is difficult to untangle the $$$ they weave. I used to say "well if you have to lease from a company go to this one. . . . " I've stopped doing that. Also, understand how to run a business on a basic level before signing anything. Oh, and have a lawyer read everything on a lease, yes it will cost a few hundred bucks but will save your ###.

 

Freymiller. They will make you run a month company probably then get on the lease program save up the money to get your own authority as quick as possible and then you get 76 percent of everything the truck makes and 100 percent of the fsc and make pretty decent money while buying that truck
