    Ok....who did this crap? Had to remove the handle to get it undone. The handle was behind the side skirt frame.

    It happens on drop and hooks when they lift and drop the trailer while the handle is still in gear. The added weight and the movement makes the handle spin, and it will get stuck like that. doesent help that the skirt is a bit too close to the handle. I mean how many times have you come across a trailer where the handle is pinned up against the floor of the trailer and you have to put some serious weight on it to slide it out so you can turn it.

    I will say I have run into that exact situation twice now in different places. I almost did it to myself at a Walmart when I unhooked for them to unload me. I really don't think its a driver being negligent, just...drop and hooks and bad installation of the skirt.
