Hi again. I've been following along since my last post, taking notes along the way. I'm getting ready to start the application process with JCT in the next couple weeks, and will be calling recruiting later today to ask a few questions. Is there a particular recruiter I should talk to? Like I said, this is not my first pony ride, so I'm hoping to speak to a straight shooter.
Thanks, and be safe out there. -
I've gotten it once before.

Awesome. This is my load home.
Another driver saw me in the truck stop saw my throw away the bills from my previous load (after I made a PDF file of them to upload via TransFlo on my computer) and he freaked out on me. Said I can't do that. That I need to hold on to them for x amount of time. I said calm down grasshopper. Let me show you something. Showed all the bills for the past year and half stored on a flash drive. Said if JCT needs a copy for whatever reason, all I have to do is email them the PDF. Why hold on to the paper when I have it stored electronically with multiple backups? His face was priceless and speechless. He then asked how I Transflo from the computer and showed him how. -
Lol what business of it was his anyways. Smh crazy scan all mine too I ha e like 3 years stored on my Dropbox.
MachoCyclone Thanks this. -
I don't mind others asking about it and will gladly show you my system and how to use it. And probably give you the programs to use if they have there own flash drive. But to freak out and then proceed to preach to me about it is the wrong way to go about. I will make you look stupid if you about it that way.
Not only do have my loads backed up electronically, but expense receipts, logs, total dispatched miles and settlements. A lot of drivers don't even do that and then wonder why they fail.crxdc Thanks this. -
I also scan all my receipts and use money tracking software. I love gadgets.
MachoCyclone Thanks this.
