If he's making money and has no other debts, then it doesn't have to be 4 more years. With early payments, it wouldn't be unreasonable to have it paid off in 2 years.

Diesel Dave and Eldiablo Thank this.

Maybe instead of me wanting to do something different it should be you looking into getting your tanker endorsement and finding a company to pull for that would be a little more of a specialized service
-
If u would pm me how to reach you off of here, Facebook or something, I will give u a place to call. I won't do it here or in pm's here. They read them. Sorry.

Is that really so unreasonable? His situation has its ups and downs, but I think right now he's just in a glass half empty mood. -
$1000 per week minus $350 for salary = $650/week X 44 weeks = $28,000 X 2 years = $56k. Not paying this thing off in 2 years unless market goes insane.
Orangees and spyder7723 Thank this. -
BoyWander,
What do you know now, that you didn't know then? (before signing the papers) -
I do hope it picks up for you. Once you get it paid off, I think it will be worth it. You can be pickier about your loads, take more time off, or run the same and pocket what you save on a payment. -
SMDH....where are people reading "8 weeks of ping pong?"spyder7723, Lepton1 and Chasingthesky Thank this.
