Copper can come from a oil cooler toovisoiuvlad Thanks this. -
Thanks Pete, they also recommended that I take another sample after 10-12.000 miles. The truck I'm buying it on Friday))) so idk how many miles was on the oil that I've sent to analyze

Oil cooler . They tend to leech cooper.
visoiuvlad Thanks this. -
Lead would be high also if it was bearings
visoiuvlad Thanks this. -
Correct . Would have to worn through the lead to get to the copper in the bearing.
visoiuvlad Thanks this. -
So nothing to worry about? In case its going real bad the copper how much it cost to fix the oil cooler? Thank you guys for all responses

Has some useful resources for understanding the source of wear metals.
There's no 'fix' to the oil cooler, as I understand, they simply leach oil.
I use Schaefer oil, and their lab, sample every 10k.
Note the copper with lead - that led me to roll in new main and rod bearings. Copper alone SHOULD be just oil cooler.visoiuvlad and KB3MMX Thank this.
