Does the trainer call this part flight school?

Living your life on "WHAT IF'S" is a poor excuse for not going for what you want IMO. Why bother even getting up in the morning if life is so morbid. There's risk in EVERYTHING you do in life. Nothing is guaranteed and you have to make the most of the time that you have. DANGERS and STRUGGLES is what life is ALL about. If you live your life in FEAR and WHAT IF'S, than your not really living at all.
UsualSuspect Thanks this. -
Tao? Your picking on rarity. The bridge with the crane I believe was in Brazil or some third world country. FedEx crashes are their own headaches as the management tends to push its drivers to extremes.
When your out there driving? It usually is a boring job with nothing happening. Go look at Scottied67 on you tube. Be prepared as he tends to be annoyed at drivers that go faster than him driving the speed limit. Yet for the most part his trips are uneventful. Another channel is Ike Stephens KE5WP doing trucker rag chew. He mounts a camera in the passenger seat and films the uneventful trips.
Just remember. Mega carriers will want to know what your handle is on social networking. When they see all the fear mongering you have been doing you will be out on your tail as a undesirable driver. -
Im still trying to figure out how he musters the courage to eat his cheerios...
Chokinglovesthedrive, JReding and UsualSuspect Thank this. -
The flip side to all this is that Tao could be just trolling us for his jollies
JReding Thanks this. -
If that be the case he either has a odd sense of humor, or he doesn't know what tao means....JReding Thanks this.

Talking about safety makes you an undesirable driver by corporate mega carriers. That just proves how unprofessional the trucking industry has become, to blacklist drivers who have any safety of the public concerns. That would make any experienced driver obsolete to corporate mega carriers, because of their insubordination for questioning any FMCSR they are ordered to break by fleet managers.
-
And you have proof the mega's are promoting unsafe operation?
-
No. Those schools (kind of by their nature) teach non cdl drivers how to get a cdl.lovesthedrive, JReding and UsualSuspect Thank this.
