I-80 now closed between Laramie and Cheyenne. I'm sitting at the Pilot in Laramie, got the last spot.

Elk Mountain was no joy either. You might want to shut down in Rawlins or Rock Springs.

    mattbh23 and ncmickey Thank this.

Well doesn't look I will make it to Cheyenne. 80 is closed going east from Rock Springs to Cheyenne. Stopped at Fort Bridgider about 60 miles from closure. I want some facilities.

I just looked at every road surface temperature sensor online of the closed section of road and they are all from anywhere between 38- 42 degrees. This state is just the worse about this crap. West bound is open.

    mattbh23 and iraqralph43 Thank this.

It stops snowing so what does Wyoming do. Let's just close the entire eastbound route thru the state. Instead of doing anything to maintain the roads they close the entire route until summer. I looked at all there cameras online and from them there is nothing wrong the roads.

    mattbh23 Thanks this.
