Could be. Wonder if a full background check costs that much?

    SHOJim Thanks this.

Kinda sounds like a he was guilt tripping me to join which already puts a bad foot toward and makes me concerned about them.

they pay is good and they will take me in fast only thing that sucks is those small trucks.

    Any other suggestions,
    I'm in Colorado.

The light weights are not mandatory as they would like you to believe. Most likely what they will tell you is they have no condos, you need to tell them you will wait for one to come in. If they really don't have one, you have to pay for your lodging and meals while you wait. I thought the light weights were mandatory, but ask a few recent graduates, they will tell you, Prime will toss the L/P Program, don't take it. Then they will pitch the light weight is the only way and look, 5 cpm more a mile, but like the L/P you don't have to take it, Prime is betting because you are new that you will just go with the flow, and take the light weight. Again, just tell them you need a condo.

Haha yeah I told the recruiter that as well,I'm not looking to do the lease program, especially when I'm trying to learn the ropes of how to be a trucker and then the added stress of being an operator as well no thanks, and I would have no problem waiting for a condo but I feel with turning down their lease program and their lightweight they will be spiteful in some ways and leave me hanging and or give me crap loads
