Do we have a drop yard in a town called North East in MD?

*update. Dayshift dispatch has more info...and the answer is yes, we have a drop location in North East, MD. If I ever get out of Kutztown, Shipper's address is still padlocked without any cars in the lot. I am suppose to drop this load in Mechanicsburg, then pu in Del Water Gap and drop in MD and pu a load in VA that drops at our IN yard.

I go to orientation class Monday for Big G. After reading a lot of your comments this seemed like a great choice for us. He was with Swift and that didn't work out so well. We will be based out of Jacksonville, FL. Can you G Drivers tell me a few things? How is the rider policy? And pet policy? Do we have to pay extra insurance for rider? Pet deposit? Does trucks have refrigerator/ microwave? Lost all of that due to Swift What about antennas for CB and TV in trucks? And one more question, what kind of truck do they issue the new guy?

Dont know much about rider policy.. pets cant be over 20 lbs. There is a charge for pets but i don't know what it is since I don't have one.
Provide your own fridge and microwave...
    Yes there are antennas....
Most trucks are T680 but expect to get an older one with a pet.
    Good luck

Well, they got things straightened out...here is a clue to my experiences the last two days

2 round trips from the Allentown area to Del Water Gap PA with the same empty trailer, only to have it live loaded because they're short on empty trailers.

Unfortunately I have to go back to work on Monday after 10 days vacation.
I didn't get all I wanted done but got a serious start. Was set back by using 2 days for cleanup after the tornado but that mess is all gone now.
I could use another month off to finish everything I want.
There was a time when I would just quit driving for a couple of months and figure trucking jobs are a dime a dozen, what's the difference. But I don't think I could improve on Big G plus I have all my benefits in place and don't want to lose that.
So, I will have to make use of my time off to complete all I want to get done. Just take a bit longer is all.

Is anyone else getting weekly issues with scanned documents? It doesn't matter whether I use the truck scanner, my transflow app on my phone (that never had issues scanning Magnum paperwork..or at least they never told me about any issues), or the truckstop...I get a message that they either didn't receive it or it's unreadable (from my phone the scan is so clear you could scan your finger print and the FBI could identify you by it). Crete had issues like this for a while, so when I got a message about paperwork, I scanned at a truckstop...at least 5 times per load. Amazingly after a dozen or so loads, they got sick of paying extra for all the scanning and fixed whatever issues they had.

You will always get these messages over the weekends and Monday mornings. I always use the app on my phone without an issue.
When payroll comes in Monday they usually have everything checked in by noon.
If you get one after 1200 on monday then you may need to call payroll about it but otherwise ignore the messages.

My 1st couple weeks all I got was the 'received xx number of documents" message. But the last 2.5 it's been 1 in 3 that give me an error and a request to rescan. I have pretty much given up on the truck scanner. It's from a traded truck and the documents are almost unreadable at best...with a big black line thru it. So my phone app is my next best option...it never failed me before, not sure what is different. The only thing I changed was the recipient when I left Magnum.
