Yes absolutely. Points are redeemable only at those specific travel centers and cannot be used at others such as LOVES or TA. You can indeed purchase anything in the store with your points. Ask for a receipt for points breakdown and specifics.

 

Ive used my points at Wendys out in CA just last month. Perhaps at certain ones they do and some they don't. That can be confusing.

I've been wondering how that works.
If I put 100 gallons of fuel in at Love's, I might get 90 points or something. At Pilot, there's enough for a small meal.
I guess I don't go to Love's enough to benefit.
I avoid Love's for fuel or anything because they're usually too small and full by 1800, with trucks circling around like it's the only option, which usually it's not.

 

J/pilot has been paying 5 points on every gallon to all drivers for the company I'm running with now

It's 100 points for 100 gallons basic level. 2 points per gallon if you bought 500 gallons the month before, etc.

 

I was going to pilot previous 6 yrs, but they cut the points. I go to Loves now and get about double the points.
