Mercer isn't the only carrier that does a lot of military. Landstar bennett admiral sammons and many others pull a lot of military freight. Im not trying to say don't come here but there should be better reasons than that.

I know that others haul for the military I actually did some research on sammons but didn't get a good vibe on them ters some old school commradery here at Mercer if you read this whole thing you pick up on that plus I live in Sidney Oh I believe right in the meat and potatoes area for Mercer I believe I could stay no farther than 400 mi from home and make good money and probably be home every week but when I get that itch to go somewhere goofy I got that option and did I mention I like going to ChicagoCJndaTruck and spyder7723 Thank this.

Ya about 15 miles on the other south side of the mountain range

You do know there is a bridge marked for like o my 60,000lbs there. Although they never enforce it lol
-
Really not wanting to spend money on trailer tires already. Gonna find a shop n get them regroved and hope they last until winter
-
Buy a regroover online and fro it yourself when you have time to kill. 100 bucks. A shop will want 25 our 30 bucks each plus insist on removing them so gonna pay another 30 bucks or so a tire for that.
