i don't care what anyone says, USA is a good Co. to start with. if you get a good FM and build a good relationship with them you can go far.
my biggest problem with them wasthe way they took care of their equiptment
-
I agree 100% a good FM and healthy relationship is key. So far I've had good luck with trucks and FM but some of these drivers are content with just dumping a sh**y trailer at the next stop and leaving it for someone else to deal with. I wonder if it wasn't such a pain and so time consuming to deal with breakdown if that would change.
-
there-in lies the problem. it takes TWO HOURS to get a mudflap replaced
-
Yeah I definetly have to agree breakdown sucks I'm just glad I've only had the misfortune of dealing with them a few times. An hour and a half of the 2hr mudflap deal was probably tryin to get them on the phone.lol
-
usually it was the "new" system over the 'puteeer that waas supposed to "speed things up" LMAOO yea right
-
What fleet were u in panhandle? If u don't mind my asking
-

-
a lot of companys are like that, I operate a boom truck... done it 5 years, trained a guy last year, I was proud to be asked to do it, then a week after the guy starts the job hes trainin the next new guy. New guys does everythin wrong an makes us all look bad
-
You should'nt have trained them so well.lol....That's what I told my fm about the time I get you trained they'll promote you and I'll have to start all over.
