Looks like they guy on the motorcycle. Will be charged with felony hit and run.

 

Biker splitting lanes should be illegal. Hope they find the jack knob biker and throw the book at him.

 

i won't bash the biker other than driving away from the scene because i don't know what led up to that. but i will say the car driver was a coward and should be charged with attempted murder for trying to crash into the biker. also the car driver is seriously lacking some driving skill.

 

Both the biker and the cager need to be lowered into a wood chipper, feet first.

 

Even though it looks like the biker started it I wouldn't go as far to say typical biker.Most are real good riders.

 

I am surprised the cell phone guy didn't say why he really started recording them. The motorcyclist was in the car pool lane, the guy in the car didn't see him, crossed over two sets of double yellows to grt into the car pool lane, and almost sideswiped the cyclist. Then the two of them played flip each off, the guy in the car kept swerving towards the biker. The biker kicked the car and we all saw the end result. The biker is wanted for felony hit and run.

 

I strongly diagree with the charges brought against the biker. DA is obviously not a rider. All i see is maybe a misdeamenor damage to property.
