. Can anyone else possibly share how someone possibly prepare to mitigate circumstances, like this? Or suggestions, like maybe calling agents direct?

I just got paid. I haven't received the settlement statement yet, but I'm sure I'll get it soon.

I love it when I'm getting paid for 800 miles but I can do it in 600
Airborne and CJndaTruck Thank this. -
They just posted in Mtown lounge page , just about what I posted here ,
They are getting people paid but backed up with 700 settlements to email, they are trying to people paid, all the phone calls are slowing them down -
maybe I mis read some of what you wrote. The office had claimed that the emails of settlements would probably never happen from yesterday. But the were wrong. I got yesterdays about 30 mins ago and today's while writing this. But they had said that only people that call would get anything most likely. But that now looks fixed too.
You should get it soon.Chickadee Thanks this. -
But that would require effort and we can't do that as business ownersCJndaTruck Thanks this.

I am glad I was already booked this week till Thursday and was able to grab a load for Thursday night last night when things started coming back online. As for the pay? I could care less. I know I'll get paid and I have plenty of funds to last several weeks. Yesterday's hiccup is just a huge annoyance as it has become the Monday norm.

the load I picked up Monday said it was 87 miles from where I dropped in the morning. It turned out to be 30 miles straight down the same road I was delivering on. Nice.Airborne Thanks this.

They had routing weird. Had me going west then east then back west lol. I'll do east to west saves 200 miles.Airborne Thanks this.

Our settlement email system crashed yesterday and is being restarted. The system is currently working on catching them up but it might take a little while as we have 700 in the queue. If possible, please wait a little longer before calling Truck Pay to check the status of your load. They're working very hard but being on the phone keeps them from settling that next load. Both Billing and Truck Pay worked late into the night so hopefully we will be back to normal soon. Thank you for your continued patience. GO MERCER! this is copy of what was posted on m-town lounge facebook page, kinda of like what i suggested, it was posted by the payroll dept.
