Holy Krap....insane is right!!! Are those #'s for real?
-
So insurance alone is over 1000/week?
I would like to see your budget, and expected revenue....redoctober83 Thanks this. -
2 years ago for me and one year ago my buddy got the same rate.
-
I got a quote from Progressive not too long ago (within the past month or 2 at most), for a little under $14K if paid in full. This would be for a new authority and new CDL holder. $1/2M General Liability, $1M Auto Liability, and $100K cargo.
-
That's a terrific rate and obviously way better than mine however what is your experience how long have you been driving how long have you had your CDL for. I have only had my CDL for a year.
-
I have had my CDL for about 7 days now. I do have other policies with them though (personal car, home, etc.), but that shouldn't generate a $45,000+ discount. The 3 points on your license is what is killing you in my opinion.
redoctober83, cnsper and RollingRecaps Thank this. -
Progressive also usually only gives 500 miles radius for new entrants
-
I'm still imagining a scenario where the per mile cost of insurance is more than fuel :-/

buckmanmike, T-BoneX, RollingRecaps and 1 other person Thank this.
