So insurance alone is over 1000/week?

I would like to see your budget, and expected revenue....

I got a quote from Progressive not too long ago (within the past month or 2 at most), for a little under $14K if paid in full. This would be for a new authority and new CDL holder. $1/2M General Liability, $1M Auto Liability, and $100K cargo.

That's a terrific rate and obviously way better than mine however what is your experience how long have you been driving how long have you had your CDL for. I have only had my CDL for a year.

I have had my CDL for about 7 days now. I do have other policies with them though (personal car, home, etc.), but that shouldn't generate a $45,000+ discount. The 3 points on your license is what is killing you in my opinion.

Progressive also usually only gives 500 miles radius for new entrants

I'm still imagining a scenario where the per mile cost of insurance is more than fuel :-/
