I have never fallen asleep after eating a giant meal, then laying down, while watching TV.

Just the other day I walked down to Panda, about 1-1/4 mile each way, got a 2 entrée & a starbucks, walked back to the truck, ate at this picnic table somebody built at the receiver ( was Sunday evening ) took two sips of coffee, laid down in the sleeper, said just gonna rest here for a second then call Dad, that was about 5PM.
Then it was 130 in the morning, don't recall how that happened though.

Doesn't mean it's gone. It just means the government won't force companies to give you the trst, but companies can still test you.

Companies are not going to want to put themselves at risk by not testing you.

Companies can and do still require it. Trump didn't end anything, there is newer research out that invalidated the old study. Wait for the new one, they measure your throat, your BMI, snoring, and neck size they found does not increase your chances. You can be 6'5 and 180 and have the same odds as someone 5'6 and 400.

Insurance companies will probably start putting the pressure on now.

Someone, whoever will be loosing the money, will figure out a way to get it back. Yes, companies can require you to test, but now, doesn't it seem the Dr's won't have to let anyone know, even if you are a bit chunky. Because we all know that's who gets targeted. The companies requiring these studies get a healthy kickback as well. Don't think for one minute they are only doing it for the safety of the motoring public.

How can a company be held liable for something that is not a regulation anymore? That's like a donut company getting sued because a crime took place and the cops were too fat to catch the crook. It just can't happen.

I didn't have to be screened but I forme one am glad to see it end.
Although I do believe there are people who suffer from this, I do believe also that the numbers are made up. Just another cash grab for American industry.
Remember ADHD? Oh it's still around but not near the numbers they said. Why because most of the garbage drugs they originally peddled turned out to be worse than ADHD itself.
Let's guess what the next medical cash grab will be.
