Ive been seeing some loads requiring the driver have 50 feet of rope... You guys prefer Nylon or Poly?

 

I seen that as well, maybe it means inbound???? Anybody?

I don't carry rope. From what I seen it's just one customer

 

You have to set it up through Mpact to use the national account & get the discount is what they just told me. You can pay Mercer with credit/debit card or use your reserve if you have one.

While we all know it's due, i bet less than half the fleet pays it on time.

Hey why dont you come run this load for me. I really don't want to go to work today. Keys are in the truck and the fridge is stocked.

 

so what causes a tire to do this and should I be concerned? Or just keep an eye on it? It just started wearing like this, at least noticbly, recently. I have tried looking up irregular wear patterns and can't find anything remotely resembling this. If you look close, it's like almost a straight line about an inch wide and only halfway across the one tread. Its pretty even all the way around. What boggles me, is the next row of tread is back above it again. Like maybe it was just a bad blend of rubber right there or something. Anyway, any one know what's causing it and mostly is it something structural internally that may cause a blowout?

 

That reminds me, I need to pay mine...
