Got a weigh station ticket

True, but FAR better to reduce to the speed limit in the first place. My company terminal just lost a great driver for getting another speeding ticket in a small town. Don't put your income at risk with stupid tickets.

By the way, it was a truck hauling oil field equipment that got busted in Colorado. You might think that certain sectors of trucking are immune.

I think CAT must of went up, I scaled 2 days ago in TX and noticed the receipt and CAT scale ticket said $11.00. I don't care because it's paid for by company and even if I do pay at a non authorized truck stop they reimburse me anyways. I'm a scale hound, generally 30k or over I scale it, otherwise I check my air app gauge which measures the drives only, but gives me a baseline . Yeah always cheaper to scale!! One of our drivers the other week didn't want to go 8 miles opposite her direction to scale preloaded/presealed load, cost her $1250.00 to the State of NE.

 

Question, I had a ticket at Maryland weight station for a bend airline that vonnects tractor and trl ($$140) if I pay the fine I'll get points in my cdl.?

Bend?..I'm just guessing because you said it connects tractor n trailer....are you referring to the coiled air hoses via to glad hands? On another note I got pulled in for what they thought was a kinky airline...I was in a mess with his mind mood...lol...so I put on some really nice perfume and the dude said after talking with me for 35 mins. , no that is just a tighter coiled airline than I'm use to seeing..I smiled and said okay ...to be honest I had fun with him...lol
